Credit Risk Manager

• Location: Regional NSW, QLD or VIC (flexible/remote, aligned to business needs)  

• Full time permanent position

About the role  

 Working closely with the Head of Credit Risk, you will help strengthen frameworks, policy and portfolio insights, with a key focus on Commercial, Agribusiness and SME lending.  

Key focus areas include: 

• Refining credit risk frameworks and underwriting standards 

• Supporting risk appetite settings and portfolio analysis 

• Contributing to policy and governance uplift 

• Embedding sound risk practices into systems and processes 

• Supporting well-reasoned credit decisioning 

What you’ll bring 

• Experience in credit risk, ideally supported by lending, underwriting or portfolio analytics exposure 

• Strong analytical capability and sound credit judgement 

• Exposure to policy, frameworks or governance uplift 

• Ability to work across strategy and implementation 

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills 

• Commercial, Agribusiness or SME lending experience, along with an understanding of regional customers and communities, will be highly regarded
