As a company built on innovation, safety, and strong partnerships, we’re continuing to grow. We have a new opportunity for an experienced Leading Hand to join the team due to expansion and recently awarded projects in various locations around Brisbane.

This position will see you working closely with site teams and management to deliver commercial construction projects.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team to deliver commercial construction projects
• Coordinate project materials and equipment required for project delivery
• Build and maintain professional relationships with builders, forepersons and Project Managers
• Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times

Qualifications & experience

In addition to your previous experience as a Leading Hand, you will hold the following licenses and/or qualifications:

• Current QLD electrical workers license
• Current Driver’s license
• EWP License
• Construction Industry White Card
• LVR/CPR Certificate
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working on commercial construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on commercial construction projects
