This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) offering the opportunity to work across our Ormiston and Papatoetoe clinics. You will be supported by the Ormiston Clinic Manager and a highly experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding rehabilitation outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with allied health team members to ensure holistic care.
  • Produce comprehensive patient reports, focusing on client abilities, goals, and evidence-based interventions.
  • Manage appointments and schedules efficiently using Gensolve (patient management system).

  • Comprehensive internal training programmes to support your ongoing professional growth and career development.
  • Inclusive culture which embraces and celebrates the diversity of its people.
  • Access to training throughout the year to support the incorporation of Te Ao Māori and tikanga Māori into your practice.
  • Due to our size and spread, there are opportunities for career progression either locally or to other areas in NZ.
  • Annual contribution to career development which can be used to attend conferences and continue post-graduate studies.
  • Birthday Leave (must be employed for 20 or more hours to qualify)
  • Wellbeing allowance is currently valued at $250 if you are employed for 20 hours or more per week or $100 for employees who work under 20 hours per week.
