Description
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required safety, quality, and environmental standards while managing client relationships and leading project teams to success.
The successful candidate MUST have several end-to-end project experience of high-rise residential projects in the $100 - $200M range detailed on their CV
Skills And Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects (minimum 7 years) at 100-200M+ value
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contract management, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates a consistent track record of upholding Dasco’s core values of excellence, respect, partnership, reliability, and safety in all aspects of work, with a proactive approach to applying these principles in day-to-day responsibilities
